Call Centers

I hate call centers. I really hate the ones that are offshore (aren't they all?) that try and pretend to be in the US. The coached voices and muted accents. Like we really don't know where you are. Next time you have one talk a little slang. They have no idea what you are saying as they learn correct english. I had the pleasure of trying to understand 2 different folks today. No Habla.
